Description: AVANTIER – A Premium High Precision Custom Optics Manufacturer and Innovative Imaging Solution Experts Company, is seeking a business and lead generation focus individual to join their Marketing team. 

To be considered for this position you must have at least 5 years of marketing experience. You will be responsible for learning about the industry, content creation, managing marketing activities and overseeing the marketing strategy for the company. This individual will need to collaborate with our Sales and Sales Engineering team for company service and product promotions to increase brand visibility. You will need to be hands on and also be able to take control and lead the marketing strategy initiative.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies with the internal stakeholders. Utilize metrics and analytics tools to track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance.

· Focus on generating qualified leads through targeted campaigns and initiatives, while also enhancing engagement with existing customers to foster long-term relationships and drive sales.

· Manage and coordinate marketing activities and office projects to ensure ongoing progress to meet deadlines

· Develop, plan, layout and proofread/edit marketing content, ad campaigns and materials (online, electronic, video and print)

· Support brand management, promotional activities, and the development of a strong corporate identity.

· Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Analysis of customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information

· Collaborate with the sales team and engineering team on all marketing initiatives

· Assist in various office tasks when needed

Requirements:

· Must be able to think logically and critically 

· Must be highly detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive and positive approach to identifying and solving challenges

· Must pay attention to details (exceptional proofreading and editing skills)

· Must be a good communicator and work well with a team

· Must be able to time manage and prioritize task and projects

· Must be able to learn relevant product and industry knowledge

· Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies

· Proven experience in B2B and market research

· Experience with relevant software applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Skills: SEO and SEM, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, email marketing, CRM, video content creation, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, WordPress etc.,

Education: Bachelor’s degree required
